1. Validity
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our Silvorya shop.

2. Contracting party

3. Conclusion of contract
By clicking “Buy now” you place a binding order.

4. Prices
All prices include VAT, plus shipping.

5. Delivery
Delivery time approx. 10–14 working days, shipping from external warehouses possible.

6. Payment
PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay.

7. Revocation
14-day return policy. Return to an external warehouse if necessary; see cancellation policy.

8. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty law applies.

10. Place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Kirchdorf an der Krems.
